Located within the historic Hydro Majestic estate, The Boiler House occupies the building that once housed the hotel's original steam boilers. Today, the space has been transformed into a relaxed dining venue where heritage architecture meets contemporary design, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows framing expansive valley views.
The menu focuses on fresh, locally sourced produce, offering modern Australian dishes designed for casual dining. Fully licensed and located just metres from the main Hydro Majestic hotel, The Boiler House welcomes locals, day-trippers, travellers and hotel guests seeking a relaxed Blue Mountains dining experience.

Daily 11:30am to 3:00pm
Please note: commencing Monday 29 June to 1 September 2026 we will be open Wednesdays to Sundays for lunch only.
