This New Year’s Eve event offers guests an elevated dining experience in the heritage setting of Darley’s Restaurant, paired with the character and tranquillity of Lilianfels Resort & Spa.
The ambience is designed to reflect the heritage and charm of the property — candlelight/dining-room elegance, heritage architecture, refined service — making it ideal for couples, friends or small groups seeking a sophisticated start to the new year.
Adults are priced at $249pp — bookings are essential and require full prepayment at the time of booking.
Service begins at 5:30pm, last orders from the kitchen at 9:00pm, and Darley's Bar closes at midnight.
The evening follows a smart-elegant dress code to match the setting and tone of the celebration.
Inclusions
Your New Year’s Eve dinner reservation includes a welcome flute of Champagne (or sparkling wine) on arrival, followed by a full five-course degustation prepared by the kitchen team at Darley’s Restaurant.
The dinner is served in the restored heritage dining room of Darley’s, offering classic ambience, fine table service and the timeless charm of Lilianfels’ historic architecture.
For those staying overnight, the experience may be extended with access to resort amenities — gardens, lounges, and the relaxed surroundings of the resort for a tranquil start to 2026 (depending on booking/stay package).

Complimentary parking is available onsite for guests attending the New Year’s Eve celebration. Visitors staying overnight or joining only for the dinner may use the main car park adjacent to the hotel entry for convenient access to Darley’s Restaurant.
