Dining
From 2 April 2026, our refreshed guest rooms, suites and dining spaces are open and welcoming guests, with final touches continuing around the property as we complete our enhancement. Our spa is currently undergoing a dedicated upgrade and will reopen later in the year with a renewed wellness experience, as we shape the next chapter of this historic hotel as Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains, launching in mid-2026.
There are a range of dining options to suit everyone at Lilianfels. From our signature high-tea experience to hatted Darley's Restaurant or Echoes Restaurant & Bar overlooking the Jamison Valley.
Our restaurants & dining spaces
Lunch will be closed on 23 March, breakfast and lunch will be closed 24–26 March, and dinner will be closed on 29 March only. Nightly dinner service resumes from 31 March, with the Lounge Bar reopening 2 April and food service from 3 April.

Originally a summer house for the Darley family, multi-hatted Darley's Restaurant is our signature fine dining Blue Mountains restaurant, renowned for its fresh, local produce, fine wines and innovative cuisine.

With a menu boasting enticing Southeast Asian flavours, and a restaurant filled with bright, whimsical decor that calls to its stylish take on street food favourites.
The Lounge Bar reopens 2 April and food service from 3 April.
During this period, The Lounge menu will be available in Darley’s Restaurant at the following times:
- Lunch: 12:00pm – 3:30pm (last orders)
- Dinner: From 5:30pm (Sunday – Thursday)

The Lounge with a stylish mahogany bar is the perfect setting to unwind and relax with pre-dinner drinks with an extensive wine & cocktail list.
To cater for every patron’s taste, we also offer a wide range of beers, wines, coffees, teas, seasonal cocktails and mocktails.
Complement your drinks with our gourmet all day dining menu, featuring tasty sharing plates such as the classic club sandwich, Wagyu beef burger and more.
Please note: High Tea is not currently being served.
Traditional High Tea at Lilianfels features a chef’s selection of sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, savoury pastries, and sweets, paired with your choice of tea, barista-made espresso, Australian sparkling, or Champagne.
The Orangery will be temporarily closed from 2 February.
