From February 2nd, Darley's will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in lieu of the temporary closures of The Lounge & Orangery Restaurant.

Daily | 7:00am – 10:30am

Lunch

Daily | 12:00pm – 3:30pm

• Featuring the The Lounge Menu
  • High Tea is not available at Darley's during this period, but is available at The Wintergarden for $50pp

Dinner

Daily | From 5:30pm

• Sunday – Thursday: The Lounge Menu

Originally a summer house for the Darley family, multi-hatted Darley's Restaurant is our signature fine dining Blue Mountains restaurant, renowned for its fresh, local produce, fine wines and innovative cuisine.

With its magnificent décor, Darley’s Restaurant sparkles with revived old-world charm accentuated by a spectacular setting and unrivalled destination - The World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains.

With a menu boasting enticing Southeast Asian flavours, and a restaurant filled with bright, whimsical decor that calls to its stylish take on street food favourites.

The Lounge will be temporarily closed from 2 February.

During this period, The Lounge menu will be available in Darley’s Restaurant at the following times:

• Lunch: 12:00pm – 3:30pm (last orders)
• Dinner: From 5:30pm (Sunday – Thursday)
