For your convenience, transportation assistance is available for in-house guests so you can focus entirely on relaxation, renewal, and well-being.

Spa Etiquette
To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience at Èliva Blue Mountains, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
For guests looking to unwind further before their treatment, access to the pool, steam room, and sauna is available arriving one hour in advance allows time to fully enjoy these facilities.
Should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within this timeframe, or failure to attend a scheduled treatment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This policy ensures that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of our spa retreat in Blue Mountains NSW.
