The Christmas Day Lunch at Darley’s presents a refined five-course festive menu in the heritage surrounds of Lilianfels Resort & Spa, bringing together seasonal flavours, warm hospitality and the charm of this historic dining room.
The atmosphere reflects the character of the season — soft lighting, elegant table settings and heritage architecture — creating an intimate and relaxed setting for families, couples and small groups celebrating together.
Adults are priced at $269pp, teens at $169pp and children at $99pp — bookings are essential and require full prepayment at the time of reservation.
A smart-elegant dress code is recommended to complement the setting and the festive nature of the occasion.

Your booking for the Christmas Day Lunch includes a welcome flute of Taittinger Champagne on arrival, followed by a five-course festive degustation lunch curated by Darley’s culinary team.
The meal is served in the heritage dining room of Darley’s, offering classic décor, warm ambience and attentive table service appropriate for a special holiday celebration.
For younger guests, there are specially-priced teen and child menus (soft drink included for teens; a three-course meal and soft drink for children aged 4–12).
