The New Year’s Eve Gala begins at 6:00 pm on 31 December 2025, allowing plenty of time to settle in before the evening’s festivities.
Starting with canapés and champagne in the Peppertree Bar, guests are then welcomed into the Wine Vault for a luxurious three-course set menu paired with select fine wines, offering a celebratory dining experience as the evening unfolds.
From 9:30 pm the celebration continues in the Lodge Bar, where a cheese grazing table, drinks on consumption and live music invite guests to dance, mingle and toast into the New Year. The night culminates with a midnight countdown and a vibrant atmosphere, ideal for friends, couples or small groups seeking a memorable and elegant start to the new year.
Tickets are priced at $395 per person.
Cocktail attire is requested to match the elegant and celebratory tone of the night.
For guests arriving from afar or wishing to stay overnight, Kingsford offers accommodation that can complement the Gala for a seamless New Year's experience.
