Set among the estate's stunning grounds, this immersive long lunch celebrates the art of cooking over wood and charcoal. Watch as our chefs expertly prepare and carve premium meats straight from the fire, creating a theatre-led dining experience designed for sharing.

Start with a drink on arrival, before feasting on roasted lamb, house-made porchetta, slow-smoked Mayura brisket, wood-fired free-range chicken and more, accompanied by seasonal sides. End the afternoon on a sweet note with a seasonal dessert served family-style.
