Savour a selection of exquisite items, including smoked salmon, lemon mascarpone and chive finger sandwiches, truffle mushroom arancini with truffle mayonnaise, and lemon myrtle crab and fingerlime tartlets.
Sweet treats include rose and raspberry macarons, raspberry and white chocolate cupcakes, and apricot mousse domes, alongside freshly baked scones served with cream and jam.
Enhance the experience with free-flowing sparkling wine or choose from a selection of signature drinks and cocktails.
Inclusions
Mother’s Day High Tea is available in the Wintergarden Restaurant on Sunday 11 May 2026, with 90-minute seating, bookings available from 11:00am, with the last booking at 3:00pm.
Priced at $129 per person, including a glass of sparkling wine, or $160 per person with free-flowing sparkling wine, your experience includes sweet and savoury treats and freshly baked scones with cream and jam.
A vegetarian menu is also available.
