As well as a picture-perfect ceremony location, you and your guest have unlimited opportunities for capturing those memorable photographs with endless enchanting backdrops.
While our stunning scenery will enchant your guests, of equal beauty are the numerous event spaces, ideal for indoor ceremonies and receptions. Spicers Hidden Vale offers several venues for your pre-dinner canapés and reception to suit various wedding sizes and requirements.

You will be in professional hands all the way, with our dedicated Wedding Coordinator on hand to help with any questions. Such a memorable day deserves the best, and here at Spicers Hidden Vale, we would feel honoured to play a part in the creation of those wonderful memories.
DETAILS
Included as part of your ceremony is a signing table and two chairs, 24 guest chairs and the use of an easel for your personalised signage.
Of course, you may also choose to conduct your ceremony elsewhere, such as a local church. We can provide information on local churches, including the small Anglican church located opposite Spicers Hidden Vale.
Tailored wedding packages are available, including exclusive use of the property.
If you are considering renewing your vows, we can create an experience unique to you and your partner.

Our exclusive wedding packages
If you are planning a Saturday celebration, exclusive use is available for $10,000, plus the booking of all 34 guest rooms on the Saturday evening and a minimum of ten rooms the evening prior. This allows your guests to arrive, settle in and enjoy the retreat before the day, creating a relaxed and memorable weekend.
A Friday celebration offers the same exclusive access to the property with a little more flexibility for travelling guests. For $10,000, plus the booking of all 34 guest rooms on the Friday evening, Spicers Hidden Vale becomes your private retreat. There is no minimum room requirement for the night prior, giving you greater flexibility for guest arrivals.
For those seeking a relaxed countryside celebration during the week, exclusive use is available Sunday to Thursday for $5,000, plus the booking of all 34 guest rooms on the night of your celebration. A midweek celebration offers a beautiful alternative for those looking to enjoy the full experience of the property while sharing a more intimate celebration with family and friends.

The Barn
The Barn is the perfect setting for a unique reception. This historical building has an old-world elegance with its beamed ceilings and rustic interiors. Extending from the inside out to the paved forecourt, making for the perfect dance floor setting, or for your reception under the stars. The Homestead
With chef-hatted Homage restaurant at its heart, this elegant and bespoke building embraces this historic site with a timeless yet contemporary ambience. 6 x 25m – 120 seated.
ACCOMMODATION
Spicers Hidden Vale has 34 luxurious room options available ensuring something suitable for all your family and friends. From spacious cottages to Luxury Suites and Valley View rooms, you will find a mix of beautifully restored cottages, most with spectacular views across the surrounding range.
RATES
As part of the wedding celebrations, we offer a special wedding rate including accommodation and gourmet breakfast for two. Some rooms allow for additional guests, making use of either sofa bed or roll-away.
Rates are available upon enquiry, and additional fees may apply.
DETAILS
Check-in is available from 2pm, and check-out is at 11am. Guests are more than welcome to arrive at the retreat prior to 2pm on the wedding day, however, we are not able to guarantee an early check-in. To ensure early access to the room, we do recommend booking the night prior with the wedding rate extended for additional nights.
