Across our beautiful 12,000-acre property, this immersive experience invites you to wander between five scenic locations within the retreat, each hosting one of our own chefs for a five-course degustation. Hailing from different corners of the globe, each chef will create a dish inspired by their home country using the finest, locally sourced produce from the Scenic Rim.

As you wander from one stop to the next, take in sweeping countryside views, fresh country air and the relaxed charm of a day spent outdoors. It's a rare opportunity to taste how international flavours come to life through the lens of the Hidden Vale kitchen.
