The French-provincial inspired estate is home to 19 beautifully appointed suites, each designed for comfort and indulgence. Manicured gardens create a dreamy backdrop for ceremonies, while a selection of indoor and outdoor event spaces ensures a seamless celebration from your ceremony until the last toast.

*Based on 20 guests for Friday night, 60 guests on the wedding day, and overnight accommodation for 38 guests on Saturday. Packages can be tailored for up to 38 guests on the night before and 80 guests on the wedding day, available on any day of the week. Please speak with your Wedding Coordinator for a personalised quote.
To ensure complete privacy for your special day, Spicers Clovelly Estate offers exclusive use of the property on your wedding day.
As part of the venue hire, we will take care of the ceremony setup, including ceremony chairs and a signing table. For your reception, we provide long banquet tables with white linen, your choice of black or white Hampton dining chairs, and all necessary equipment for up to 80 guests.

Special dates including, but not limited to Easter, New Year’s Eve, and Christmas, will be tailored per enquiry. Weddings held over a public holiday require a two-night minimum stay. Marquee weddings require two days of exclusive use.
Terms and conditions: To secure your wedding date, an initial deposit equal to the venue hire fee is required. Please note that noise restrictions apply, so please confirm any band or DJ arrangements with your Wedding Coordinator. We’re happy to provide a detailed list of preferred suppliers to support your planning. You're also welcome to work with external suppliers of your choice. However, any styling or theming involving hanging installations must be pre-approved by your Wedding Coordinator. All contractors attending the property must carry valid public liability insurance and submit it prior to arrival.

Garden Ceremony
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers the perfect setting for an intimate garden ceremony, surrounded by lush gardens and beautifully manicured grounds. The serene atmosphere and romantic landscape create a truly picturesque backdrop for your special day. With each season bringing its own unique charm, you can choose from a vibrant spring bloom, a golden summer glow, the rich colours of autumn, or a peaceful winter setting. No matter the time of year, the hinterland provides a breathtaking canvas for your ceremony and photos. In the event of wet weather, we offer elegant indoor ceremony options, so you can relax knowing your celebration will be flawless, regardless of the weather conditions.
The Library Deck Reception
Our beautiful covered outdoor reception space seats 60 guests on the lower deck and a further 20 on the upper deck, offering a spacious yet intimate setting for your celebration. Nestled amongst the trees, the Library Deck features clear blinds, heaters, and an audio system with a microphone, ensuring your guests remain comfortable and engaged. Marquee Reception
Host up to 120 guests in a stylish outdoor marquee on our beautiful front lawn surrounded by the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This unique backdrop offers the flexibility to create the reception space of your dreams. Our Wedding Coordinator can assist you in sourcing all you need from our preferred suppliers. Should your wedding exceed 80 seated guests, a marquee is required. Your Wedding Coordinator can arrange the marquee equipment on your behalf. To secure your marquee wedding, an additional venue hire fee and the cost of 19 rooms the night before the wedding is required to allow for marquee construction. 10m x 15m (max. size)
ACCOMMODATION
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers a luxurious and intimate setting for your wedding celebration, with on-site accommodation for up to 38 guests. The estate features 16 elegant suites and a three-bedroom French Cottage, blending French-inspired charm with contemporary comfort.
RATES
Sunday to Thursday
Suites | $500 per room, per night for 2 guests
French Cottage | $1,500 per night for 6 guests
Friday and Saturday
Suites | $600 per room, per night for 2 guests
French Cottage | $1,800 per night for 6 guests
Check in is available from 2pm, with a leisurely check out at 10 am.
Guests are welcome to book additional nights before or after the wedding at the same special wedding rate. We highly recommend staying the night before to make the most of your time together – our team can help plan a pre-wedding gathering or event to start your celebration in style.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum booking of 19 rooms is required on the wedding night
- Saturday weddings require an additional minimum of 10 rooms on the Friday night
- Marquee weddings require an additional minimum of 19 rooms on the night prior to the wedding.
