Our eagerly anticipated Hinterland Producers Lunch is making its return in August, proudly featuring the best offerings from local producers and growers as part of The Curated Plate.

Head Chef Geoff Abel and his talented team have designed an exclusive menu for this year’s event, showcasing exceptional ingredients from four Sunshine Coast Hinterland producers. This culinary journey brings together the French influences of The Long Apron and the finest local produce.
