Named after the original homestead of the grounds founded in 1880, the Karawerra Room is 85 square meters with a ceiling height of 2.7 meters.
The function room is located on the ground floor and enjoys natural light, wireless connectivity, and features floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors, which lead out to an enclosed glass gazebo and outdoor courtyard area with fireplace, BBQ, and water fountain.
Ideal for wedding celebrations of 30 to 70 people.
Perfect for an elegant outdoor ceremony or pre‑dinner drinks, the Karawerra Courtyard descends from the main house of the retreat, caters for up to 50 people.
The courtyard, with its feature water fountain and outdoor fireplace, manicured garden surrounds and views overlooking trees and sweeping grounds, is adjacent to the Karawerra Room.
An outdoor marquee can also be setup adjacent to the courtyard.
Situated at the bottom end of the Retreat and within the surrounds of the kitchen garden with its manicured rose gardens and orchards, the private lake with its own jetty is the ideal venue for a personal ceremony catering for up to 70 people.
