Welcome the Year of the Horse with a Prosperity Toss and festive banquet in the Blue Mountains.
Join us for the highlight of our Lunar New Year celebrations — the communal Prosperity Toss. This traditional Yee-sang ceremony invites all guests to toss ingredients high into the air while shouting “Lou-hei!” The higher the toss, the greater the luck, health, and prosperity you’ll welcome for the year ahead.

On Saturday, 21st February 2026 at 7:00pm, join a lively communal ritual where guests toss vibrant Yee-sang ingredients high into the air while shouting “Lou-hei!” This joyous tradition is believed to invite abundant luck, health, and prosperity for the year ahead, creating a memorable moment of shared celebration.
While enjoying the festivities, indulge in a specially crafted banquet menu inspired by Southeast Asian flavours. Feast on Wagyu Beef Lucky Bags, Tom Yum Prawn and Squid Dumplings, Hong Kong King Prawns with Szechuan spices, Miss Lilian’s signature roasted duck with hoisin and pickles, fresh papaya salad, soy sauce tossed egg noodles, and a rich coconut custard with palm sugar caramel and coconut crunch.
