Bookings for any of our Restaurants and/or Day Spa should be made prior to arrival. This includes any package items, as tables and treatment times are not guaranteed nor held.
Our Reservations team will contact you to book any inclusions which involve a third party vendor, these bookings are not guaranteed without confirmation from the vendor.
A deposit of the first nights’ accommodation is required on all bookings to guarantee reservation.
Total cost of accommodation is taken 24 hours prior to arrival, or 14 days prior to arrival if your reservation falls within Peak Season or a Long Weekend.
In case of cancellation or date amendment, please contact the hotel before close of business 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any fees equivalent to the deposit amount or prepaid tariff. All cancellations are required in writing.
