Bookings must be made at least 6 weeks/42 days in advance of stay date.
Total cost of accommodation is taken at time of booking
Reservations made on the Early Bird pre-pay and save rate cannot be cancelled or changed. If you are unable to make your booking due to illness, your reservation can be converted into the name of a friend or family member for the same dates. If your booking is cancelled due to an Act of God, Act of Government or other national emergency, your non-refundable deposit will be converted to a credit to be used within 12 months.
It is recommend that spa treatments and restaurant reservations are made at the time of booking as we cannot guarantee there will be allocation across dates of stay if reservations are not made prior to arrival.
