Blue Mountains Spa

Our Blue Mountains spas bring together a collection of wellbeing spaces set across the region’s retreats and hotels. Each spa draws on its surroundings — escarpment light, tall forest, cool air and quiet lawns — creating environments that encourage rest, recovery and a slower rhythm of the day. Treatments, rituals and calming spaces work gently with the mood of the mountains, offering moments that feel grounding and restorative.

Wellbeing shaped by stillness, mist and mountain air

Spa experiences across the collection respond to the elements of the landscape. Therapists draw on massage, body rituals, grounding therapies, revitalising facials and treatments shaped by botanicals. Many sessions incorporate slow, considered movements and natural aromas that reflect the forest and cool-climate flora of the mountains.

  • Refurbishment works are currently taking place at the resort. Our Spa is temporarily closed, and some noise may be experienced. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Parklands Day Spa sits within a country-garden estate surrounded by ponds, stone paths and mature trees. The spa offers treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, a steam room and a range of wellness experiences shaped by natural elements. Garden views and soft outdoor sounds create a steady, soothing atmosphere throughout the day.

  • Spa Anise at Spicers Sangoma Retreat holds an intimate wellbeing philosophy shaped by bushland, texture and quiet design. Treatments emphasise grounding, warmth and sensory immersion. Stone, timber, linen and natural light contribute to a deeply restful environment that supports slow breathing, mindful presence and ease.
