Accessible rooms

Our accessible rooms are carefully crafted to provide ease of movement and convenience.

We offer two accessible rooms equipped with the following features to ensure comfort and ease of use for all guests:

• No steps: Facilitates easy movement with no steps into or within the rooms.
• Ground floor access: Both rooms are located on the ground floor for easy access.
• Roll-in showers: No step entry into the shower for easy access.
• Shower seat: A shower seat can be placed by request.

Please note that we do not have grab bars or lowered sinks in the bathrooms. To ensure your comfort and accommodate your needs, please contact us with any specific requirements you may have.

Accessibility in public areas

Currently, the lobby and reception area require a step for entry, and we do not have ramp access at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve this aspect of our facility.

For our guests who use wheelchairs, we are pleased to offer a shower chair that can be provided in the restrooms upon request, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLETS

Our dining area, Restaurant Botanica, features a wheelchair-friendly layout. Access to Restaurant Botanica is available via the footpath and a ramp leading into the main restaurant.

POOL ACCESS

Spicers Vineyards Estate has a beautiful pool with wheelchair access for guests to enjoy. However, please note that there are no hoist facilities available at the pool. Guests who require assistance are encouraged to speak with our staff, who are available to provide support as needed.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

We welcome assistance dogs and ensure that they have the necessary accommodations to stay comfortably with their owners.

Service and culture

We place great emphasis on training our staff in accessibility awareness and inclusive service. Our team members receive ongoing training to ensure they are knowledgeable about accessibility requirements and are ready to assist guests with any special needs or requests. Room tours and specific accessibility training are provided to our restaurant team to ensure they can support all guests effectively.
