FRIDAY

From 12:00 PM – Welcome whisky cocktail, served on the upper deck with sweeping city to bush views to start your reset. Our valet will park your car and deliver your luggage to your bush lodge.
12:30 PM – Two-course lunch showcasing local produce at Amara.
Afternoon – Relax by the pool, explore the grounds, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply unwind with a whisky by the fire.
6:00 PM – Enjoy a pre-dinner Archie Rose whisky cocktail as the sun sets over the valley.
7:00 PM – Five-course degustation dinner at Amara, with curated wine pairings.
After dinner – Fireside Archie Rose tasting flight.

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM – À la carte breakfast at Amara or enjoy in-room dining in your robe
Morning – Leisure time or guided Blue Mountains walk
