The class is run by Katherine Pinczuk from Mindlight. Katherine will discuss the various class options with you prior to your meditation and will customise your selection so that you gain maximum benefit from the experience.

All sessions run for one hour and cost $199 per person or couple. Group booking rates available upon request.
