This Valentine’s Day, escape to the historic Wintergarden Restaurant and enjoy an intimate culinary journey set against the stunning Megalong Valley.
Start your evening with an heirloom tomato tart topped with stracciatella and fresh basil, followed by delicately torched cured scallops served with truffled parsnip cream and finger lime.
For the main course, savour a tender Angus eye fillet accompanied by potato terrine, spring onion, and a rich sauce bordelaise.
Vegetarian guests will be delighted by dishes like slow-cooked parsnip with truffled cream and pickled celeriac with lemon myrtle curry butter, highlighting the best seasonal flavours.
