On Sunday 3 May, you’re invited to experience Dinner in the Dark at Echoes Restaurant. As dusk falls, lighting throughout the restaurant will be significantly reduced, with candlelight setting the scene for a warm, immersive evening of dining.

You’ll enjoy a specially curated three-course set menu focused on fire-led cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients that highlight bold, natural flavours. Live piano will play throughout the evening, creating a warm, atmospheric backdrop for the experience.

With limited seating available, Dinner in the Dark promises a memorable evening of exceptional food, music, and ambience in one of the Blue Mountains’ most spectacular settings.

Inclusions

Priced at $149 per person, the experience includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a three-course set menu at Echoes Restaurant, accompanied by live piano throughout the evening.

An optional biodynamic wine pairing is available for $70 per person. Reservations are available from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, with limited availability.
