From delicate asparagus and wagyu brioche to a vibrant seafood plate of oysters, prawns, salmon, and scallops, every course is designed to delight.
The feast continues with traditional Christmas favourites given a gourmet twist – turkey ballotine with sage and honey butter, Berkshire smoked ham, and roasted vegetables from our garden, complemented by a goats curd and beetroot dish that celebrates freshness and flavour.
