Terms and conditions

As a licensed establishment Julio's requires all reservation to include a legal adult.

Credit card payments will incur a 1% service fee. There is a 15% surcharge on Sundays and public holidays.

Bookings can be taken for groups of up to 10 people.

Bookings are not essential but encouraged for peak and weekends.

Pool use is for in-house guests only.

For group bookings of 7 or more guests, a credit card is required to secure the reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a $35 per person charge.
